INTERIOR CARPENTRY
•Interior wooden door finished in matt varnish, with locks and brass handles hallmarked ‘Martinelli’ or similar.
•built-in wardrobes will be lined with a wood finish, with shoe racks, hanging rack, shelves and 4 drawers and finished with matt varnish.
FLOORING
•Lounge, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Laundry rooms and Corridors square fitted in cream colour marble with skirting finished with superior bevelled edge and polished.
BATHROOMS
•Bathroom walls will be entirely covered with marble, edges bevelled and polished.
•Bathrooms without windows will have Shunt type ventilation, reinforced with extractor and timing device.
•Water taps will be of quality chrome finish
•Shower areas will have marble floor platforms, sliding doors with chrome iron finishes.
•Sink unit made of marble with quality ’Roca’ or similar type fittings with built-in cupboard underneath with wood finish. Bevelled mirror over sink unit.
KITCHENS
•The kitchen will be furnished with vitroceramic hob, electric oven, silent extractor, dishwasher, microwave, built-in fridge and sink.
